OF

NTUC INCOME CAR CO-OPERATIVE LTD

1.

NAME, ADDRESS AND AREA OF OPERATION

(i)

The Society shall be called the NTUC INCOME Car Co-operative Limited.

(ii)

The first registered address of the Society shall be at 75 Bras Basah Road, NTUC

INCOME Centre, Singapore 189557. Every change of address shall be notified to

the Registrar and to non-members who may be creditors of the Society.

(iii)      The area of operation of the Society shall be in Singapore and such other areas as may

be allowed by the Board of Directors in their absolute discretion.

2.

OBJECTS

(i)

The objects of the Society shall be:

(a) to promote and popularise the practice of co-operative enterprise in all fields of

transport and communications;

(b) to promote and provide a shared means of transportation at affordable prices to its

members and affiliates;

(c) to provide vehicles for the shared use of its members and to affiliates according to

the terms and conditions of the Society;

(d) to encourage thrift, co-operation, self-help and mutual assistance among its

members;

(e) to undertake research and development of information and communication

technology related to its business of providing private transportation; and
