(c) not use or employ the vehicle or suffer its employment for any reward or valuable
consideration;
(d) not to operate or use the vehicle in any manner which is forbidden by law or in the
carrying illegal or prohibited goods or in any manner whatsoever which may render
the vehicle liable to destruction, seizure or confiscation;
(e) operate the vehicle within Singapore only unless otherwise authorized be the
Society;
(f) not permit any other person to drive the vehicle, regardless of whether that other
person is also a member, except with. the prior written approval of the Board of
Directors;
(g) deliver up promptly to the Society any vehicle of the Society after use and to
surrender the keys to the vehicle, any certificates or other documents pertaining to
the vehicle given to the member and which the member is obliged to return to the
Society;
(h) pay promptly and regularly to the Society, the Vehicle Fund prescribed by the
Board of Directors under By-Law 9.5 below and all charges for using any of the
Society's vehicles or resources; and
(i) observe and abide by all the regulations, terms and conditions laid down by the
Board of Directors.
3.18    Affiliates
(a) Subject to the provisions in this By-Law 3.18, the Society may permit persons who
are not members of the Society to .use the Society's vehicles. Such persons shall be
affiliates of the Society and not members.
(b) The Board of Directors shall in their sole discretion determine the qualifications
which a person must possess before he can use the Society's vehicles as an affiliate.
The usage fees to be paid by affiliates and the terms and conditions of their usage
shall be as prescribed by the Board of Directors from time to time as it deems fit.
4.
COMMITTEE OF DISCIPLINE
(i)
The Board of Directors shall establish a Committee of Discipline to inquire into any
misconduct by any member. The Committee shall have power to recommend the
expulsion or suspension from membership, the withholding of a membership right or
privilege from, the imposition of a penalty upon, or the administration of a caution to a
member who has shown to the satisfaction of the Committee of Discipline to have
