*ALERT*Please be forewarned of serious flood risk in West Malaysia during this monsoon season.
Due to the risk exposure, members are advised to refrain from driving to Malaysia during this period.
If you must make the trip, the excess for any and/or all flood related damage(s) to the car will be borne by the member.

Terms and Conditions

You must first book a car via internet or call the hotline at 6788-8788 (24-hour).
Send this request to Car Co-Op online.
A minimum advance notice of three (3) working days is required.
Car Co-Op shall have the absolute discretion to approve, amend or reject any application for travel to West Malaysia with the Car Co-Op car.
There is no insurance cover for period outside the above date and time. Last minute extension of insurance cover for Malaysia is not possible. Malaysia usage period can be less than the reserved period for this booking. E.g. Booked 07:00 to 19:00 but Malaysia use 08:00 to 15:00.
No verbal confirmation of this application is valid or permitted.
There is a 50% surcharge on the time rates for Standard Plans and Valueshare Plans. For example, a Car Co-Op car for 1-hour use in Singapore at $10 will cost $15 for Malaysia usage under the Standard Plan. Additional kilometre rates remain unchanged.
Admin charge of $30/fine applicable for settlement of fine(s) incurred by members in Malaysia.
