Terms and Conditions

New sign-up for ValueShare Plan must start on a fresh calendar month;
Minimum use is 55 Valuepoints per month calculated based on car returns from the first day to midnight of the last day in the calendar month; e.g. Car use from 18:00, 30 April to 18:00, 1 May is treated as May transaction and billed in May usage invoice;
Minimum sign-up period is six (6) months;
Member is required to maintain a minimum usage of 55 ValuePoints per calendar month;
Notice to change from ValueShare Plan to Standard Plan tariffs shall be provided by principal member in writing in the preceeding month prior to the effective month of change failing which Car Co-Op reserves the right to proceed with the billing for the month as agreed;
ValueShare Plan rates are subjected to change without notice;
Car Co-Op shall have absolute discretion to reject/accept this application.

I/We, accept and agree to the above terms and conditions. I/We authorise Car Co-Op to bill the monthly charges to my GIRO account until revoked or amended by me in writing.
