Application for Car Club's car-sharing membership

The Car Club (also the managing agent for the NTUC Income Car Co-Op) offers a 24/7 car-sharing service that's convenient and easy to use.

You only pay-per-use. To join, new members pay a one-time Registration and an Annual Membership fees are listed below.

Depending on your driving needs, there are 2 tariff plans which you can select. You may change tariff plans during your membership.

Valueshare Plan - For regular drivers (enjoy lower tariffs than the Standard Plan)

Registration Fee: $100 (one-time) *
Annual Membership Fee: $120 *
Refundable security deposit: $100
Usage fees: A contract period of 6 months and a minimum monthly usage of $55 per month are required. Click here for tariffs.

Standard Plan - For occasional drivers

Registration Fee: $100 (one-time) *
Annual Membership Fee: $120 *
Refundable security deposit: $100
No minimum usage charge. Pay-as-you-use. Click here for tariffs.

* Non-refundable for first year

By default all new members are on Standard Plan unless they opt for ValueShare Plan.

Yes! I would like to apply for the Car Club Pte Ltd (hereinafter called the "Car Club") membership.

Please note the requirements to join the Car Club:

23 years old or above; and
Hold a qualified Class 3 driver's license for more than 30 months; and
Not an undischarged bankrupt and not convicted of any offence punishable with imprisonment.

I understand that:

I am under no obligation to proceed with this application and have the right to withdraw the application of membership prior to my acceptance and payment of the initiation fees.
I will be notified with an in-principle approval via email (stated below) within five (5) working days
The final approval of membership is subject to verification of documents and the Car Club reserves the right to reject the application at their discretion without assigning any reason.

Incomplete application will not be processed.
