In accordance with Clause 12 in the Terms and Conditions of Membership, I hereby give one-month notice to terminate my membership in the NTUC Income Car Co-operative Limited.

If you do not plan to use the car-sharing service during the one-month notice period, please check the box below so we can process your application and deposit refund. However, your account will be blocked and you are not able to use the Car Co-Op services.

I will not be using the car-sharing service with effect from today. If you wish to continue to use the car co-op services during your final month of membership with us, your deposit refund will be processed once all outstanding fees have been settled.
